Edgemont View Nursing Home

Edgemont View is a privately run Nursing Home, founded in 1997. Our 20 bedded home is situated on the High Street in the heart of the Oldland Common Village in South Gloucestershire. We are within walking distance from Oldland Post Office, Oldfield's Fish and Chip Shop and we overlook the railway line.

Our "Sister" home, Edgemont House is situated on West Street, also in Oldland Common. Edgemont House offers Residential Care, both of our homes are owned and overseen by a group of local GPs. 

We want everyone we support to be as independent as possible. We think everyone should have control and a say over their lives as much as they can, and our team will spend the time listening to you. It’s very important for all our staff to encourage our residents to be independent and to be able to make their own decision.

If you feel that you might like to make a new home here at Edgemont View, just get in touch with us. We will be happy to provide you with plenty of information about our home and answer any questions you may have. If you wish to come and visit us, to meet the staff and residents and inspect the quality of care and accommodation for yourself, you're more than welcome. We do ask if you could ring up and make an appointment first when you enquire.
