Our Edgemont Team
Edgemont View has an established staff team who provide our residents with excellent continuity of care. Our staff are all recruited from the local community and we have a very robust initial employment process. Many of the staff have worked at Edgemont View for a number of years, live locally, and are familiar with the area, which residents often find reassuring.
All staff have been carefully selected and trained to deliver sensitive and skillful care, as Edgemont View is fully committed to staff training and development. Most of our care staff have their NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

Having worked in different roles within the home, I’ve developed a genuine commitment to Edgemont View and a deep understanding of what makes it such a special place to live and work. What I love most about Edgemont View is its warm, homely atmosphere, and I’m passionate about creating a positive environment where our residents feel safe, valued, and at home, and where staff feel supported and motivated to do their best every day.
